In 2014, I discovered the powerful healing of Reiki energy that transformed my interior life and consequently my exterior self. I learned to let go of anger and worry, to find peace and positivity in my life's lessons, to be honest with myself and to show gratitude for all living things. Reiki has transfigured my relationship with myself and others. It also resulted in a return to my spiritual life and increase of my intuitive senses. 

Teaching and helping others have always been my life’s passion. As an educator for 34 years and a Special Education teacher for the last 21 years I’ve been able to fulfill that dream. Now, I continue to follow my journey, but on a different path.

The profound peace, strength, and balance that Reiki has brought to my life, along with my life’s passion drives me to share this incredible gift, help others discover the same healing energy and to teach the unlimited benefits of Reiki.

As my journey continues, I am able to bring in other healing modalities to my practice. 

After a yearlong study as a Shamanic apprentice and I have gained more tools for healing, learning, and growing. Shamanic Healing Ceremony, Shamanic Extraction, Personal Power Retrieval, Power Animal Retrieval, Soul Retrieval, and Drum/Rattle Therapy are just some of the Shamanic services available.

Through The Kinesiology Institute, I have completed 125 hours of study in the art and science of muscle testing, anatomy, kinesiology and structural procedures to create postural and energetic balance.  The Biofeedback our bodies communicate to us are truly amazing, if we understand what to ask and how to listen.
