Reiki is a way of life achieved through Japanese relaxation techniques that will promote emotional and physical healing. It will also help resist a life occupied with chaos, stress, fear, and repentance. A session is generally 45-90 minutes, while the client is fully dressed and through light touch (hands on or off). A warm and soothing energy flows from the practitioner’s hands into the client’s energy field, promoting relaxation and releasing tension. This hands-on healing modality can be used on children, animals, plants and food...the uses are unlimited.

Therapeutic Energy Sessions
During a Reiki session first, we will discuss your areas of concern, based on the issues addressed, intentions are set and then we begin the real work of the healing session. You will recline on a therapy table, fully clothed and a "laying on" of hands (or hands off) practice begins. This healing modality relaxes, dissipates stress, and promotes emotional and physical healing. You may have questions that have come up after your session, if so, you can contact me.

Reiki sent over distance and time delivers the same healing energy as an in-person session. Facilitated through meditation and a set intention for healing energy, Reiki energy is delivered to the client.

promotes healing and helps at end of life.

Participants will join together by creating sacred space in a splendid circle of sound to explore consciousness, rhythm, and healing. As a group, our intention will be to deepen our relationship with self, spirit, and nature and to share the energy as we gather in powerful and meaningful ways.
Usui Holy ® III Reiki Training
Reiki Level I teaches the student the basic Reiki lifestyle and Reiki Principles. Not your typical “weekend” reiki training, this is an intensive 20 hour program over 4 weeks. It requires more time & effort before students are initiated into the healing practice of the Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki system. The course covers the history of reiki, reiki self-healing techniques, principles and lifestyle. “Reiki The Healing Touch” manual & Reiki Level I Certificate are included.
Reiki Level II Program - Okuden
Okuden students are required to complete 30 hours of classroom training over 3 months, 10 hours of practical work, and to demonstrate proficiency in reiki techniques & use of the three Reiki level II symbols before certification is awarded.
This program is intense and includes a number of value-added elements to make sure each student is fully prepared to provide Reiki sessions to clients of their own.
Prerequisites: Reiki Level I for at least 6 months
Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master Training
You will be qualified as a Reiki Master upon completion of this class, with the ability to attune & ignite others to Reiki.
In the process of learning healing techniques and taking part in guided meditations, students receive many healing experiences.
Class content will allow anyone to pass the ability to do Reiki on to others & to teach if one chooses, many take the class for their own use.
Pre-requisite: Reiki I & II at least 6 months
